  • The whole system itself is very simple to use and set-up - it's what we call, "Plug and Play" technology!

    Our transmitters are the beating-heart of our systems. Just plug your audio device into our transmitters and play your favourite tunes. Our wireless RF headphones then act as receivers for the signals produced by the transmitters and play the beautiful music straight into your ears! You can also use our actual receivers with your own favourite plugged in, if you'd rather.

    If that doesn't sound simple enough, fear not! We also provide technical guides digital links with setup instructions.

  • You can use any device with a standard 3.5mm headphone jack or an RCA/phono connection to our transmitters. Choose your playlist, hit play and turn it up (your device should normally be at 70-100% of full volume for optimum results).

    If you're lucky enough to have a more recent Apple or Android device without a headphone jack, you may require an adaptor to connect your phone to the transmitter.

  • The range of the equipment does vary depending on the transmitter. In an ideal environment, the standard transmitters we supply will offer a range of 300-650m.

  • Our standard equipment works on the following frequencies: 863-865Mhz - please avoid using any other equipment on these frequencies to avoid technical issues.

  • On a full charge, our headphones with the built-in lithium-ion rechargeable batteries typically last up to 8-10 hours and our rechargeable transmitters last up to 5 hours.

  • Your quote includes the number of headphones you've requested (usually equal to the number of guests at your function), a number of transmitters (equal to the number of channels you require), all the audio and power cables you need to connect plus delivery and collection.

  • We provide rentals all over Malaysia:

    Penang, Kuala Lumpur, and Langkawi… If there is any area that we haven’t mentioned do contact us here
